Margaret Wilson 60yo Female with Shortness of Breath, Cough and Chest pain iHuman Case Study.

Patient is 60 year old former smoker with a 20-pack-year history, and PMH of obesity, CAD, HTN, and hyperlipidemia who presents with progressively worsening shortness of breath that began about 2 weeks ago with associated 8-ib weight gain and orthopnea. She reports 1 week of dry, non-productive cough which is worse at night and 3 days of chest pain and fatigue.
